Late Vaidya Devisharan Ji Garg, was born in Vijaygarh on Sunday, June 18, 1911. His early education was completed in the school of Vijaygarh, later higher education was completed in Soron (Etah) and Khurja (Bulandshahr). He was awarded by a medal for first position in his Ayurveda studies.

After completing his education, he carried forward Vaidya tradition. He became very popular in the field of medicine in a short time. He took a vow to give free medicines to poor people in his region, which lasted for life. Along with giving his incomparable service in the medical field, he also continued to contribute his entire work to the works of Dhanwantari Karyalaya, a manufacturing unit established by him. Under his direction, Dhanwantari Karyalaya achieved immense success in the field of drug manufacturing, while the publication of large specials through Dhanwantari Patrika started publishing and reached new heights. Along with business functions, he remained the leader of social work throughout his life. He remained the chairman of Vijaygarh town for 26 consecutive years in entire UP. Set a record in Many in the town with his cooperation pave the way for the creation of educational institutions. He was also particularly interested in the organization work of Ayurveda and was the Chairman of District Ayurveda Conference, Aligarh for many years. At the age of 58, he suffered from paralysis and got cured by doing his own treatment. But in the last years of his life, he fell victim to heart disease and had a heart attack on 18 March 1974 at the age of 64, left this world forever and the legacy continues.
